Founded in the late 1970’s by Denver native Daryll Propp, the firm’s Colorado-based commercial real estate holdings are located in Lakewood, Golden and Wheat Ridge.  Our properties are clustered in the North Jeffco area,  Central Jeffco area and the South Jeffco area.  Sixteen office buildings, including the Applewood Tech Center featuring the Executive Suites, offer a variety of office space for rent to accommodate all types of professional businesses.

Propp Realty has also expanded into Spearfish, South Dakota.  Propp Realty has progressively planned the residential real estate development, Elkhorn Ridge at Frawley Ranches.  There are homes located adjacent to the 9-hole, USGA Rated and PGA-staffed championship Elkhorn Ridge Golf Club and in Frawley Estates.  In addition, the Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort features 187 RV sites, year round luxury cabins and an Event Center for weddings, conferences and seminars.
