ENERGY STAR, a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy recently awarded a 99-point rating for Propp Realty’s Golden Hill Office Center in Lakewood, Colorado.  Although the office complex was constructed almost 30 years ago, the ENERGY STAR score of 99 places the facility’s performance in the top 2% of all buildings of its type in the country.  Augmenting the Golden Hill performance is a roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system that was added by Propp Realty in 2008.
